📦 Order Processing

All Monco orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your shipping confirmation email is received.

During high volume periods such as sales promotions and product launches processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and order weight at checkout. Your final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is confirmed.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first and then contact our support team at support@moncobrand.com


⚖️ Product Weight and Packaging

Each Monco product weighs approximately 60 grams and is packaged in protective tamper-evident packaging to ensure your strips arrive in perfect condition.

Our packaging is designed to be compact and lightweight to minimize shipping costs and environmental impact.


📬 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Monco is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realise you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at support@monco.com — we will do our best to update your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect shipments.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Monco takes great care in packaging every order. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at support@monco.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage where applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible including a replacement or refund where appropriate.


🔄 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.


❄️ Supplement Storage Notice

Monco oral strips are best stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. We cannot be held responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
